Which size fits my desk?+
Clear the desk and measure the space you want covered, then check that against the width and depth listed for each size. Leave a little room for a monitor stand and for the cable that runs to the keyboard.
Are prices shown with sales tax?+
No. Prices are in US dollars before tax. Sales tax is worked out from your delivery address at checkout, and you see the full total before paying.
When will my order arrive?+
Accessories leave the warehouse in 1–2 business days. Mats are printed to order and leave in 2–4. Delivery takes another 3–7 business days, and the estimate for your address appears at checkout.
What if it isn't right?+
Send it back. You have 30 days from delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Email support with your order number and we'll reply with the return steps.
